I have known the Najwa-e-Qalam Association since the beginning of its activities. At first, I was not particularly impressed by its programs. However, over time, the Association began organizing many useful and meaningful activities, which led me to develop a positive impression of Najwa-e-Qalam and value its work and contributions.
A community that has experienced migration and been deprived of many opportunities, particularly educational opportunities, can gain motivation and hope through Najwa-e-Qalam’s educational and cultural programs. These activities encourage people to remain hopeful about their future and provide renewed motivation despite the challenges and difficulties of migration. They have particularly helped young people and other members of the community develop a more positive outlook toward the future.
Young people in the Hazara community face a lack of proper leadership and guidance. Through its awareness-raising activities and guidance, Najwa-e-Qalam can help young people set meaningful goals and make better plans for their lives and future, particularly in the difficult circumstances following migration.
Looking ahead, if Najwa-e-Qalam has the capacity and resources, it could establish free educational programs for low-income and disadvantaged families. It could also encourage and support young people in learning new skills, providing them with greater opportunities for personal development and helping them build a better future.
Since 2015, Najwa-e-Qalam has worked to unlock the potential of young minds through storytelling, education, and social action.
