Rashida Mohammadi

Ms. Rashida Mohammadi is a cultural and social activist and a dedicated member of the Najwa-e-Qalam Educational and Social Association (NQESA). Her journey with Najwa-e-Qalam began in 2016, when she participated in the association’s first book-reading competition. Inspired by her passion for cultural, educational, and social activities, she later joined the association as a member.

Over the years, Ms. Mohammadi has held several leadership positions within NQESA. She served as Head of External Relations and later as President of the association for six years. She currently serves as the **Secretary of NQESA**, where she continues to contribute to the association’s educational, cultural, and social initiatives.

Her six-year tenure as President was marked by valuable experiences, achievements, challenges, and lasting memories shared with fellow members and colleagues. During this period, she played an important role in advancing the association’s activities and strengthening its role within the community.

Ms. Mohammadi views Najwa-e-Qalam not merely as an association, but as a space for learning, personal growth, and leadership development, particularly for young people and girls in the Quetta community. She believes in creating opportunities for young people to develop their talents and abilities and to participate more actively in cultural, educational, and social activities.

She remains an active member of NQESA and continues to contribute her experience, leadership, and dedication to the growth and development of the association and its community-focused initiatives.
