Hassan Ali Hossaini (Paeynda) is the founder of Najwa-e-Qalam Educational and Social Association (NQESA), established on February 8, 2015. He served as its president for the first three years.

Mr. Hossaini studied International Relations at Kateb University, Afghanistan. He is an educator, media professional, and social activist. He has served as Principal of Al-Biruni Higher Secondary School and Director of Australia Educational Society, a language academy.

He is also the Founder and CEO of Minus Zero TV, an independent digital multimedia platform focused on news, analysis, and public-interest journalism.
